Steps for exchange and return:

You can submit an exchange and return request by sending the following information

• Customer phone number.

• The name of the product to be exchanged or returned.

• The reason for the exchange or return.

• You will be informed of the method of returning the order and your service directly as soon as you receive your order and ensure the safety of the products and accessories.

Exchange and return policy


First, in the event of any manufacturing defect, damage to the product, or an unordered product:

Customers of the “Details” online store have the right to exchange/return a product that contains a manufacturing defect, damage, or a product other than the one they ordered without shipping fees, provided that the product is wrapped and in its original condition, with the purchase invoice present, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. The customer also has the right to choose one of the following options after Detail Store receives the product and ensures that it conforms to the conditions:

1- Refund the value of the product.

2- Replace the damaged product with a new product of the same value.

3- Refund the full value in the form of a code that the customer has the right to use in the online store within a full year.


Secondly, if you wish to exchange/return the product without any manufacturing defect:

Customers of the “Details Store” online store have the right to exchange/return the product provided that the product is packaged and in its original condition, with the purchase invoice present, within 20 days from the date of receiving the product, and the customer bears the shipping costs, which are estimated at (30 riyals). The customer also has the right to choose one of the options. The following after receiving details of the product and ensuring that it conforms to the conditions:

1- Refund the value of the product.

2- Replace the product with another product of the same value.

3- Refund the full value in the form of a code that the customer has the right to use in the online store within a full year.

4- For warranty - you must bring the original invoice or a copy of it (the exhibition invoice that is attached to the shipment, not the electronic store invoice)



Third, all of the following items are excluded from the exchange/return policy:

1- Products that are used and/or not in their original condition as they were when purchased.

2-All items clearly state that this item cannot be returned.

3-Filter types.

4- 7 days for return from the date of receipt, 20 days for exchange




Warranty policy

The "Details Store" online store provides a warranty feature on many products


Guarantee entitlement mechanism:


The product is shipped from the customer to the Detail store at the store's expense

The store is given 7 working days to inspect the product and ensure compliance with the warranty policy

If the warranty conditions on the product match, the product will be replaced with another product of the same value, and the Details Store will bear the cost of shipping the new product to the customer.

If the product does not meet the warranty conditions, the product will be returned to the customer at his expense



Cases that prevent the product from being eligible for warranty:

If the date of purchase exceeds the warranty period

The warranty does not include cases of misuse.
